Right of withdrawal (distance contracts). For distance/online contracting, you may refuse the contract within the period and under the conditions provided by Ukrainian law. The right to refuse applies to a contract concluded outside trading premises or by distance selling, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX (10.06.2023), стаття 21 (Право споживача на відмову від договору, укладеного поза торговельним чи офісним приміщенням, або дистанційного договору).

Pre-contract information. When contracting at a distance, we provide consumer-relevant information to enable identification and informed contracting, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX (10.06.2023) (з урахуванням змін), зокрема: стаття 17, стаття 19.

Personal data. If your request includes personal data (for example, name, email, phone, or other details), processing is governed by Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI (01.06.2010).
