9. Consumer information for remote contracting (website inquiries)

If you enter into a distance contract as a consumer via our website, you may have statutory information and withdrawal rights. We reference the relevant provisions of Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” № 3153-IX (10.06.2023) (з урахуванням змін), including: стаття 17 (consumer’s right to information when concluding a contract outside trading premises or via a distance contract), стаття 19 (requirements for a distance contract), and стаття 21 (consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract).
