3. Eligibility and consumer status

If you are a consumer in Ukraine, your rights under applicable consumer protection law apply to distance (online) contracting. Where the service is purchased through the website, relevant pre-contract and withdrawal information is provided below.

4. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

Session scheduling is subject to availability. Rescheduling or cancellation may be subject to reasonable notice requirements set by the coach and communicated at the time of booking. If you fail to attend, the coach may treat it as a missed session according to the specific booking terms you accepted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or provide false information in booking/lead requests. You must use the service lawfully and respectfully.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cacheflownet.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

You acknowledge that coaching outcomes vary based on individual factors, adherence, and circumstances. You are responsible for your decisions regarding health, exercise, and risk management.
